Peter-Mark Vogel, Interim CEO

Mr. Peter-Mark Vogel is an MBA (University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business). He began as a Regulatory Analyst for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and was later a Senior Research Analyst for a number of Zurich based private banks. Mr Vogel's last position was at Bank Sal. Oppenheim Zurich as Senior Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Swiss CFA institute. Mr. Vogel plays a key role in strategic financial planning and compliance affairs.

Ari Muljana, Chief Financial Officer

Ari Muljana is a Master of Science in Computer Science (University of Zurich) with a major in Financial Statement Analysis and Artificial Intelligence. He began his career in the Risk Management department at Deloitte, where he audited and advised within the oil and commodity trading industry. He is also specialized in the area of SOX consulting, where he implemented financial and risk management processes for multinational companies to comply with SEC regulations. During the three years prior to Manas' employment Mr. Muljana worked at Capgemini Consulting as strategic consultant, focusing on controlling and performance measurement topics in various industries.

Roger Jenny, Senior Finance Manager and Corporate Secretary

Roger Jenny holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich. He began his business career as financial analyst in the research department of BZ Bank Zurich. He was head of investment research with BZ Bank Zurich, before he assumed the role as institutional equity sales at Deutsche Bank, Zurich. He was managing director for a food company before he took over the position as financial project manager in an international company. Mr. Jenny possesses extensive knowledge in financial planning and analysis and has a profound experience with capital markets.

Yaroslav Bandurak, Chief Technical Officer

Yaroslav Bandurak received his Geological degree from Ukraine's Lvov State University in 1995 where he subsequently served as a member of the Geology Faculty from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Bandurak was later leading the geological activities for several Central Asian oil and gas companies from 2000 to 2005 and was a senior geologist of South Kyrgyz Geological Expedition from1995 to 2000. Mr. Bandurak is responsible for Manas prospect developments, Exploration activities and acquisition of new projects.

Boris Goldinstein, General Manager, Central Asia

Mr. Boris Goldinstein is a civil engineer with with extensive Central Asian expertise as a consequence of his work as the Deputy Director of the consortium "Kazgeophizika and in the USR Ministry of Geology as the former deputy Chief of
"Glayprikaspiygeologiya, a 40.000 employee organization for oil and gas exploration in in the Precaspian depression of Russia and Kazakhstan.
The central directorate included five geological associations, two research institutions and two geo exploration technical schools.
